1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Liizor platform, services, or mobile applications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a supported jurisdiction to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification information during Know-Your-Customer (KYC) onboarding.
3. Trading & Execution Risk
All orders submitted on the Liizor matching engine are final upon execution. Digital asset prices are subject to extreme market volatility. Liizor does not provide financial or investment advice.
4. User Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passkeys, and 2FA authentication tokens. Liizor is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update platform functionality, fee schedules, or supported digital assets at any time with prior notice where feasible.
